Thrill License
Thrill operates under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), one of the most established regulatory authorities in the online gambling industry. The licence was issued under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (P.O. Box 817, Curaçao) and remains valid for all platforms and services offered under the Thrill brand. This framework ensures that all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with international standards for fair play, data protection, and operational transparency.
The licence obligates Thrill to maintain certified random number generation (RNG) systems, uphold responsible gambling protocols, and protect user data in line with internationally recognised security standards. These obligations are not optional; they are legally binding conditions of the licence. Players can verify the current licence status directly through the official Curaçao GCB verification portal, providing an independent confirmation of the platform’s legal standing.

Waiver of Brand Ownership
Thrill is not the owner of companies that hold separate licences issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or other regulatory authorities, and it does not manage, oversee, or direct those companies in any capacity.
No financial, managerial, or operational interest exists between Thrill and any independently licensed company operating under the same or a related regulatory framework. Licence Verification System
A digital licence verification system is available, allowing users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Thrill licence at any time through the issuing authority’s official channels.
This tool functions as a status check mechanism operated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. All text, images, logos, and materials associated with the verification seal remain the exclusive property of the regulator and are protected under applicable copyright law. The verification materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, adapted, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose by any third party without the explicit authorisation of the rights holder. Improper or unauthorised use of the verification seal or related content may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.
